A real console, running on fixtures in your browser. Nothing it shows leaves this page, and nothing here touches a repository.
The demo
This is Phase Console 8.0 itself, not a recording. A run is already moving. The Queue checks a move before it is made: it refuses one with its rule and applies the nearest order that holds. The run asks for a sign-in, and the console sends the first check back with what to redo; it files a bug it finds outside its phase, asks for a command its allow list lacks, stops on its account and comes close to its budget. Then its login walls, the pool moves it to a DeepSeek API key, and it halts when that key reaches its day cap, until the cap is raised. Each press is yours, or the demo makes it after a few seconds. Inspect any run in the panel beside the page, open Your turn to see everything that needs a person, read what each account spent under Insights ▸ Accounts, ask the Supervisor why the run stopped, or pick issues under Repo ▸ Issues and ask it to plan them.
Some of this is Pro
The demo runs the whole console, so part of what you just drove is what a licence pays for. These are those parts.
- The multi-instance command line — list, open, start, stop, restart, status, logs, remove
- Consoles that outlive a reboot: the launchd agent and the desktop launcher
- The Pro package — installed with npm, Homebrew or one command, unlocked by your licence key
- The accounts dashboard — each Claude account's usage, limits and standing, side by side
- Self-update — a restart lands only on a build the console vouches for
- Fleet — every console on this machine in one place, worst first, opened from the switcher
- Reach — pair a phone to the fleet, behind TLS
- Sessions that message each other — send, reply, and an inbox
- Per-phase landing — a phase’s branch pushed and merged for you
- Logs ▸ Timeline and Git — every tool call on one timeline, exportable as a Chrome trace
- The repository map — plans, runs, checkouts and landings, with a conflict radar
- Issues from sessions and from you — drafts to approve, and one issue fixed on its own branch
- Issues filed by the console — typed, labelled by severity, and never dropped
- The Supervisor — watches every run, takes its requests, offers or presses the remedy, raises what it cannot fix on Your turn, answers in the panel beside your work, and says which model and effort answer you
- API-key accounts — Anthropic, DeepSeek, any Anthropic-compatible endpoint, and OpenAI through the console’s own bridge on 127.0.0.1, with a live smoke and who pays on every run
- Account statistics — a ledger of every account’s spend, Insights ▸ Accounts and Fleet ▸ Accounts
- The pool — one policy for the console, a plan, a phase, a run or the supervisor, with spills and spend caps
- Live model lists — every provider’s models, windows and prices, in one picker
- The Queue — every phase of every plan in the order it will start, and a reorder checked before it applies
