Refund policy
This policy sets out when and how the seller refunds a purchase of Phase Console Pro.
The seller
The seller’s details have not been entered yet. Until they are, this page says “the seller” where the name belongs and names no governing law.
When you can have a refund
Ask within 14 days of a purchase and you get a full refund. After that, a refund is at the discretion of the seller.
What a refund does
Refunding the order that bought a licence revokes that licence. Its key stops working the next time Phase Console checks it, and any access to the private repository that came with it ends.
Refunding a renewal undoes that renewal alone. The licence goes back to the term it had before you renewed, and its key keeps working for the rest of that term.
How the money comes back
A PayPal payment goes back through PayPal, which decides how long it takes to arrive. This site cannot return a crypto payment through NOWPayments, so the seller sends it back by hand, to a wallet address you give.
Your rights under consumer law
Nothing in this policy limits the rights consumer law gives you.
