Privacy
This page sets out what the seller, who runs this site, keeps about you through it, why, and who else handles it.
The seller
The seller’s details have not been entered yet. Until they are, this page says “the seller” where the name belongs and names no governing law.
What is kept
- Your email address. You sign in with it, and your licence key, receipts and reminders are sent to it.
- Your orders: what you bought, the amount and currency, any discount code, the payment provider and its reference, the billing country you gave, and when you paid.
- Your licences: when each starts and ends, whether it was revoked, and its key, kept as a one-way hash and, encrypted, in full so that you can copy it from your account page.
- The machines a key is activated on: the name each gives itself, its platform, the version of Phase Console, a one-way hash of its fingerprint, and when it was activated and last checked in. Nothing about your work is kept.
- For source access only, the GitHub username you give. Also the language you bought in, the notices PayPal and NOWPayments send about your payments, and a record of each action taken on an order or a licence, and by whom.
- Your IP address is used only in memory, to limit how often some requests can be repeated. It is not stored.
Cookies
Only the ones the site needs, and none for tracking or advertising. Signing in uses three from Auth.js: one keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, and two protect the sign-in form until you close the browser. A language cookie remembers whether you chose English or Persian, also until you close the browser.
Who else handles it
Vercel hosts the site, Neon holds its database, and Resend sends its email. PayPal and NOWPayments take payments under their own privacy terms; this site keeps only what they report about your order. For source access, the GitHub username you give is sent to GitHub, which sends the invitation.
How long, and your rights
Nothing here is deleted on a schedule. You can ask the seller what is held about you, and to correct or erase it. Erasure replaces your email address and GitHub username with a placeholder, deletes your sign-in record and revokes any licence still in force. Your orders and licences stay, with their amounts, dates and billing country, as the financial record, and so does the list of machines a key was activated on.
Contact
The seller’s postal address will be printed above once it has been entered.
Your account page shows your licences and their keys, and lets you free a machine, renew, and change the GitHub account invited for source access, without writing to anyone.
