Terms of sale
These terms cover buying Phase Console Pro from the seller on this site. What you may do with the software is set out in the end user licence agreement.
The seller
The seller’s details have not been entered yet. Until they are, this page says “the seller” where the name belongs and names no governing law.
What you buy
A licence to use Phase Console Pro under the end user licence agreement, as a licence key sent by email and shown on your account page. One key is active on up to 3 machines at a time. It lasts a year from payment: every release of Pro in that time is yours to use, and a release made on or before its last day stays Pro after the licence ends.
Source access
Where the pricing page offers it, source access is sold as Pro plus an invitation to the private repository for the GitHub account you name. Using the source is governed by the source-access licence, and repository access lasts as long as the licence does.
Price and payment
The price is the one shown at checkout, in the currency shown there, after any discount code. You pay once, through PayPal (a PayPal account or a card) or in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, entering your payment details on their pages, never on this site. The licence is issued once the payment is confirmed. Every receipt carries this note about tax:
Prices are stated without VAT or sales tax. No tax is charged or computed at checkout; any tax due where you are is yours to account for.
Renewal
Nothing renews automatically. Renew from your account page, through the same checkout: the licence and its key carry on, extended from their current end date, or from the day you pay if that date has passed. Reminders are emailed 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before a licence ends.
Refunds
Ask within 14 days of a purchase and you get a full refund; the refund policy sets out the rest. A refund of the purchase revokes the licence, and a refund of a renewal undoes only that renewal. If a payment is disputed or charged back, the seller may also revoke the licence.
Changes and governing law
These terms and the price may change. A change applies to purchases made after it is published here, never to one already made.
The governing law has not been entered yet. Nothing in these terms limits a right that consumer law gives you.

Your account page shows your licences and their keys, and lets you free a machine, renew, and change the GitHub account invited for source access, without writing to anyone.
